This move is very interesting. It is an eye opener. I had not idea how behind the U.S. is in the amount of college graduates compared to India and China. Technology is developing so fast and if we are not careful we will be passed by countries less developed than the U.S.
I think this is a great site. The information is great. I was surprised that every college graduate in India can speak English. We have people in the U.S. that can not speak English even in college a few students can not speak good English.

ACCESS

The ACCESS site is a great asset to Alabama high schools. It will help a lot of students to be able to keep up with the rest of their class and to graduate on time. It is a great program because it allows students to have distance learning in which they don't have to be in a classroom to participate. They can do it from the comfort of their own computer at home. This is better than traditional home school.
The program will also be valuable when it comes to summer school because when a student fails a course, they are able to make it up online. It also offers remediation courses which allows students to prepare to pass the graduation exit exams. This is very good because many students have trouble passing these exams. Students will also be able to make up credits missed online.
